So.... PoC's on Steroids...
With them Goats, and Camels, and Ostriches.
They only seem to exist in Survival Singleplayer, only in desert biomes, and only in the newest update.
Camels have 3 skin varients, have no sounds, have 10 health, can be breed by wheat, and drops 1-2 leather and 1 raw beef. Even though camels have cow mob drops, can be breed with the same thing as cows, and the same health, Camels supposedly (accoording to some other players, but I'll still have to test it myself to know if it'll work or not) can't give you milk buckets.
Goats/Ibexes have 3 skin varients, drops nothing, have no sounds, and have 6 health. Goats/Ibex don't eat grass unlike sheep. It's currently unknown what they need to be breed with. It's also unknown if they can be sheared.
Ostriches have 1 skin varient, drops 0-3 feathers, and 0-1 raw chicken, have no sounds, and have 4 health. It can be breed by wheat and beetroot seeds as tested, but it could also possibly be breed by pumpkin and melon seeds as well. Ostriches don't lay eggs every 5-10 unlike chickens. It cannot slowly glide-fall like a chicken can, however like a chicken, it's immune to fall damage.
Also According to Amazon Underground, there's also supposedly Scorpions, and the 4 mobs can supposedly also spawn on the Multiplayer Server on Amazon Underground. Lucky, Lol.

Well there's MineCraft's Update Aquatic/Update 1.13, and knowing PoC, if Solverlabs or PoC lasts long enough, one day we'll probably have our own Update Aquatic in PoC.
Can you ride the ostriches?
No, it seems like they just act as a replacement for cows, sheep, and chickens that would've spawned in the desert, as the Ostriches are like desert chickens, the camels are like desert cows, and the Ibex are like desert sheep(though they are currently completely useless, as Ibexes drop nothing, as tested from killing a good amount of Ibexes to test drop chances). They seem to copy the health, breeding requirements, and with for all but the Ibex as an exception, the same mob drops as what they're trying to be an alternative desert versions of. Meaning neither Ostriches or Camels are ridable.
Ostriches can ride you for sure ragnorok for a small fee 2 diamond blocks LOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLL
