This is survival multiplayer you cant just rent chunks, if that was the case people would be renting all the mines and people wouldnt be able to freely mine. If you dont like making you base underground you have to travel really far to make a base above ground and harder to find. The point of survival is to explore, having a map would defeat that purpose.
Uh are u out of your mind my friend we make bases underground cuz it's a lot more safer from raiders and don't be a cry baby that is afraid of skeletons and living in a cave u can have one of the what underground bases if u are good and u need a map u lazy mf get your ass up and explore unless your pregnant and rentable chunks just imagine 5 poeple spend 100$ on the game they would rent every single mine in the game so u won't have a chance

If there was a map, we could literally see all the buildings on the surface and easily find bases.
