It's been pretty extra laggy lately and I have a feeling it maybe has something to do with the recent update. It could just be all the extra blocks in spawn of all the leaves from the giant spawn tree, It it was that I wouldn't mind since it would only be temporary but the lag seems to happen even in other empty spawns. Maybe it has something to do with the new animal mob spawn rate I don't know but there does seem to be some bugged mobs floating around frozen in the sky or halfway in the ground, I see it not a lot but 3 times yesterday.

Go settings - view distance - make view distance 2 - it will be 0 lag , I don't want to repeat it 100 times but I have to , this view distance option dissapears after sometime and you can't see it in the settings , at least that's what happens to me , the only way to see this option is force close the game , clear cache , wait 10 seconds then relog to the game and you should see this view distance in the settings , hope it helps , but lag will always be there , this game was always laggy since from the release , you can only reduce it some
UnDeRbLuE,What do you mean by clear cache? Force stop game? Or log out of account or shutdown tablet completely?
I think he means to go to your device settings, go to storage, and clear your cache on there.
BlueTangs Rock3,oh man I don't know if I can do this isn't completely my tablet and I'm not sure what clearing the cache could do to a tablet. Like my pictures. I can always log back into my account after deleting game but My little sisters talking tom and device pictures.
Clearing your cache' shouldn't delete any of your phone's data such as images, videos, or documents, and I believe this goes for both phones and tablets.
ohmygawd , I just returned from spawn , lag there is horrible , I can't even move or type , I had some crashes too , Items in Inventory didn't wanted to move coz of lag spikes , what's going on to this game awh.
UnDeRbLuE,Yeah main spawn is definitely the most laggiest so I plan only going there after the evn t is over. The spawns aren't as laggy but they still but out sometimes. I just watched a video on YouTube where the ground was flickering and the people were morphed and flickering too its real bad. I've seen some weird kind of flash zombie that dashes between a free and another tree back and forth like a rubber band going the speed of light. Try changing back to normal texture pack it helped me a bit and seems to have maybe lowered lag. But the best thing I can think of for now is stay out of main spawn and stay out of forest so you don't get instantly killed when you crash or lag from looking up where tons of leaves are.
Dang, that does indeed sound like extremely intense lag there, hopefully that gets fixed soon.
I swear 2 times yesterday while I was mining The frames went to2364 during an intense lag spike for no reason! That's an insane amount of fps for a millisecond in a lab spike. Does anyone know what that was about? I have no idea and never seen it happen before but it must mean somethings up because It shouldn't b possible to get anywhere above 70 fps at least for me on my Amazon kindle fire 7.
Hey, that is very strange. Maybe you have some more information? Developers are very confused and know, that the lags started be more, from last versions of the game. We will be very happy to hear any more info and ideaad. Thanks!
