Not only do creepers spawn WAY TO FAST but also the can't be killed if I get close the instantly blow up in normal Minecraft you can back up but not in poc and don't tell me to use a bow this is touch screen of course my accuracy is going to be rubbish

Yes, i can only advice you to use bow without 3d camera view.
Practice to shoot from bow more on passive mobs!
