I'd go with the Baby Zombie. I love the creepy moans the children zombie make. It gives a good atmosphere because those adult zombie moans don't add any flavor to the wonders of night.
Mine's probably the chicken(because they're the easiest to start a farm with,you can even start with just one chicken to get more due to eggs,unlike every other animal which requires 2),rabbit(because I like the smaller animals for some reason,and is one of the only PoC animals that can actually be considered actual wild life other than spiders,wolves,and ocelots, also rabbits have so many skin varieties,and rabbits are very common food),or ocelots(because the ocelot skin looks awesome,Lol)
