I Found 5 Emerald Blocks, somewhere far away. Is This A Glitch?! Or Does This Happen Sometimes?

HAKUIN, It's a picture where I found them. Why would someone place them? You can't make Emerald Blocks.
Why do I think it is creative cuz these thing behind the blocks look so imposseble and u did not show the full screenÂ
