Why not have villagers in survival? You could simply put them in spawn zones, for testing you could have 5 in each spawn and also a trader every 2-3 spawns, trader would be epic, depending on the biome they could trade differed things, so lists for snow biome, desert, normal etc, and then put random items from that list to their inventory...

How would traders work? Well start it simple, then you could add more as you roll out updates, first there would be a trader that hangs around private chest or something, then when you approach a button would pop up saying trade, you click it and a GUI pops up, image and description of item would be there, click the item and a list of tradeable items from your inventory would appear, like gold, diamonds, food etc...  So for example 2 diamond blocks could get you a stack of pork chops, 3 could get you potatoes, and 5 could get you carrots or something, maybe even add in the ability to buy resources for coins from traders... Taders wouldn't move a certain distance from private chest.

Villagers, basically any npc in a different skin, the stuff to make them is there, would be fairly easy...

Mods, here's where it gets hard for me to explain an idea, for one I don't know what language you use for the app, but I am guessing C based? I noticed you have brought out servers, so why not add an option to upload mods to your server, you could use lua and through that players could add mods to their servers, you could limit uploads to 20mb or something, they could include skin mods and maybe even the ability for players to add different sounds, spawns for mobs, create their own sort of game mode by giving pickups different attributes, this would be pretty tricky, but in the long run it could bring more people in and even have Halloween, christmas, Easter themed stuff, it could maybe even give developers some inspiration for new poc updates.

Nice! :D but we might want emeralds to be the NPC currency, so the emerald ore in PoC can have a use. :) Also it would be nice to have villagers with various professions, such as the ones in MineCraft: farmers, shepards, fleicers, anglers, butchers, leather workers, nitwits, clerics, tool smiths, weapon smiths, armor smiths, librarians, and cartographers, as well as maybe a few extra profession types, as well as having the villagers the ability to farm crops, breed, and spawn iron golems under the right conditions like in MineCraft. Also the ability to cure zombie villagers and also the mechanics to create artificial villages, village houses, village breeding farms, automatic crop farms using villagers, and iron golem farms. MineCraft villagers along with their village mechanics are actually a lot more complex than most people think. Also the original Pocadimin told me once the World of Cubes and Planet of Cubes both run on the Unity Engine, which Unity Engine (since there's multiple) however, I'm not sure.

Villagers in MineCraft actually have some decent trades if you spend enough time learning how their trades work. A lot of Villager trades can be more worth your time once you find a great source of emerald trades such as the farmer's 15-20 wheat/carrots/potatoes for an emerald trade, or the librarian's 20-30 paper for emerald trade(both materials are quite easy to obtain, making it easy emeralds),then you can save up a good amount of emeralds to give other villager professions for the more valuable but expensive trades such as diamond tier tools, weapons, and armor from the tool/weapon/armor smiths, or enchanted books from the librians, clerics would be somewhat useful as well once PoC gives lapis and redstone their real uses.

BlueTangs Rock3,What about trading for enchanted armor? Like armor with special power that's basically the same as potions, or a scuba mask that lets you breath under water? Or is this just too OP? :P

Hi guy- Eskip leader,  -_- don't be a smartass, doesn't suit you, it's a basic trading system that will be fair, diamonds are common right now sure, but traders wouldn't have dirt, only valuable/hard to find items, like emeralds and food.

BlueTangs Rock3, those are awesome ideas! Hope they put all this stuff in, it would be epic.

We could also hire the Villagers or even buy them and use them as guards and helpers
