I think only zombies with enchanted swords. But this is not accurate information.
A zombie hit me and gave me hunger for 7 or so seconds
This must be a husk/desert zombie, the husk zombies in MineCraft give you the hunger effect for a few seconds if it attacks you.
I was in a desert biom getting sand stone when it happened so maybe their is a desert zombie
