Check Survival Singleplayer, they usually pile the new things onto there long before they actually add those new features onto Survival Multiplayer.
I have another problem kinda with creative in the new update. It's when i'm building. Usually when i'm building in private maps i've gotten used to at least 5 people being in the way. But now with the new player models if someone is in the way of a block when im trying to build it will not let me place a block. all I can do is ask them to move and hope they listen. This is especially difficult when building in my map that usually has 50-100 ppl on at all times and people usually surround me when i'm building. If you guys could fix this that would be great. Also the new player animations for standing, walking, and running look weird, but I can adjust. Last thing will horses be added to creative anytime soon?
I believe that you can temporarily set the map to that only you can join, and then once you're done building you can set the player joining options back to what you have it.

You can get all these blocks now. Yesterday - we waited all the platforms to be able to update - and after that we turned on all the new features
oh that explains, because i was missing a lot of the new update blocks lol.
