Are you talking about initial Spawn Zone?
No I mean out away from any of the spawn zones. For example if I build something or explore a cave placing torches will the building and/or torches eventually go away
No, in Survival Multiplayer anything you've built will be not disappeared as in Creative Mode. But other players can break all your blocks and get them to the inventory!

How often is the resets
WolfMasterKing, now we are not resetting the entire game world. We are resetting the area in 5 chunks around the Spawn Zone.

WolfMasterKing,lol. Sorry. Well it shouldn't be too soon,because noobs keep mining next to the spawn barrier,making it impossible for other players to leave,ecspecially with the fact that every minute,a horde of hostile mobs appear in the spawn zones now.

Exago, pity to hear this now, but you haven't wrote me about it before. Maybe it have happend first time when the entire world was reseted. Now we aren't reseting the entire world only chunks around Spawn Zone.
That's true. I always go mining to this one specific cave because it used to reset every day and there is a bunch of iron in there but recently it hasn't reset. The cave is somewhat far from spawn zone.
