I used to have several blocks of those from that specific biome when No One knew about them. As far as I can see, they are most likely just messed up wood textures or non existent lot textures as they were smeltable and would be found in the trading pens and on houses in the farmland. I asked about it some time ago and the admin said they were just wood I think but just got glitched. I saw a person in spawn going crazy about it trying to sell it to their friends lol even though it's really nothing XD watch out for scammers they will try to sell them to you.
I remember back when I used to collect update game blocks it was really cool but I got rid of them all when I threw them in lava eventually lol. Their was a half grey half purple update game slate, a blue update game block,a blue update game slate, a purple update game slate, and a purple with squares on it update game block that later got changed to a spawned texture but got removed from game eventually since I don't see them anymore. weird stuff but hey it would look cool in a house and may turn out becoming something else when the update happens if I'm wrong.
Yes, these blocks appear during updates, when developers introduce new updates that are planned for later versions - as a result, this block cannot be used in current version of the game. It is also possible the developers tested something, and accidentally left it on the map.

Yeah, I tested the block's properties back in 2017 or 2018, and I concluded that it may be either glitched acacia wood logs/planks or glitched dark oak wood logs/planks as they had the same block stepping sounds, and they were able to be mined faster with an axe. So my theory is when they originally downloaded this map off of some MineCraft 1.7 world to be one of PoC's Biome templates any blocks that existed there but not in PoC on the update at that time (such as the newer types of wood or mob spawners) became unknown blocks, so prehaps when Solverlabs adds Acacia and Dark Oak Logs, Planks, plank-related blocks, and leaves into PoC then the unknown block would very likely would turn into one of those blocks.
