I just recently discovered ore regen was disabled everywhere but close by the spawn.
Ancient buildings from PoC disappeared. Places like GHE's old city, my base with Mavric from when I started Google Play, old Blood Clan bases, etc. are gone.
All those hundreds of hours we put into making mines far away are now wasted, as ores don't regen.
The main source of the game's "currency" (which includes diamonds, gold, etc) are now unbalanced as hell. Trading is probably the most complicated it's ever been since the beginning of PoC (experienced players are confused to how much items are worth now that automining is gone, and if it'll ever come back), and with all the fighting and shit that goes on in PoC, people are going to run out of diamonds and golden apples pretty soon.
Ore regen was added as a replacement to diamond temples. We consume diamonds rapidly in this game. We need a fast and easy way to get them. Diamond temples or ore regen were those ways. With those gone, what the hell are we supposed to do?
The couple hundred of us active players can't survive in a 350> coordinate radius. It's too small. Everything will be too easy to find. The developers must think players are passive in this game, like they'd avoid a base if they found one out of the sheer kindness and consideration of their heart. They won't. They'll take what they can and get the fuck outta there.
Mines will be constantly raided and destroyed or filled with obsidian.
Players will be too easy to find outside of spawn.
Experienced players are going to start leaving.
The 350> radius of ore regen is going to be too chaotic to even be able to play in.
Apart from that, PoC has clearly been going downhill ever since Kian reformed GHE (after merging with TA, or whatever the hell Pope and Kian were doing). The total amount of clans started to thin out quite significantly, where the only remaining -relevant- clan is GHE. People have been trying to fight against GHE for basically 3 years and have lost every time. It's at the point now where Kian can basically control PoC. He has all the remaining players in the game that are actually worth something. If we were to consider PoC a battle royale, Kian has won already. He's secured that sweet, sweet #1 Victory Royale and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Counting that Kian has control over PoC, leaving no rooms for relevant clans to form, ore regen is gone, the balance of PoC is gone, there aren't many clans left, and that the game has been declining for over a year, what purpose is there in PoC?
Everything you do in this game will leave you with nothing.
No matter what you do or what you accomplish on this game, you are a name on a screen and you will be nothing else but that.
All the hours you spent in PoC could have been put into something actually productive, instead of doing things in an alternate reality game that ultimately makes you start to hate people in real life and online (because of the constant lying, backstabbing, drama, and so on).
There was one thing PoC was good for.
Teaching you to see the worst in people.
It's a really good skill to have. Just trust me on that.
Just look at the developers recent decisions on how they want to shape this game.
We all know PoC has reached the end of it's glory. It's not going to get any better.

^ Just saying, that'll never happen. For every enemy defeated, a new one appears. There will always be someone against you. Even if you can always beat them, they/someone else will always come back to try and fight you. :V

BansheePlant, Rust and Minecraft factions are infinitely better then PoC, and are more of a challenge. It's also a lot more exciting, and everything is more straightforward.
My friends think I'm wierd becuase I like to play MineCraft. It is better- MUCH better- but it's easier to play PoC (I have to use an old account that belongs to my cousin so I don't get to play MineCraft as often...)

The thing PoC was good was to learn about the human mind and teach you how to look so deep into details and give you strategy on how to toy with people's minds, It's like art to me. You know what's best? Real life is the best. Not Rust, Minecraft or PoC, One day you'll be old and ugly, your arms will sag down and no one will even care about you anymore, It's important you live life your way before your fill is done, Books from Friedrich Nietszche and Sigmund Freud did help me a lot in this game, helped me know how to properly control people, how to make them love you, know to bribe in a proper way and as you said, Expect the worst of people, Just like when I told you I thought Dante was Lucifer because they had so much in similiar, And gave a slight roast under my breath about "Whoever describes himself as the master of deception is no deciever" Giving you a slight message there as in the other hand I told Lemon that I knew who Lucifer actually was which was not Dante, Modz and couple of others had already told me who Lucifer was, I wanted to play along so I stood quiet, And as in another example that happened just yesterday between me and J-Dog, PoC teaches you so much about details you become obsessed with them (too long to explain so I will just post the picture about how I found out who J-Dog was) This game helps you learn, but not many people want to learn. Live your life outside.

and i agree, we need ore regen. The base thing, not so much. I still have my base from 3 updates ago, ik bc i have friends that live there. The only thing i can say is that we need to use diamonds less to last through this crisis. We need to limit all minerals except coal and iron, the most common ones.

First of all before I begin to write down my own opinion about this post I would very much like to kindly ask people such as Mystic and Eskip to stop spewing their own personal havings or how they have a made up platform called Galaxy of Cubes and actually write down their opinion instead of lies specifically coming from Mystic and just useless words from Eskip, I mean no offense.
Yes, PoC has died a very long time ago when the AU players started to migrate from their sh*t hole like seagulls trying to escape orchas, When AU players came here; The whole balance of the game was gone. They've brought us a list of this: Arrogance,Sh*tty crushes which led to rivalry,Intoxicating weather,Pride so high they don't see how deep they actually have sunk down into the layers of earth,Unprofessional lies, strategy, depressed players who spread their disease just by "Getting friends" or "Making Clans", Boyfriends(Lucas) watching their girlfriend cheat on them and get aroused by it (Liz-Sebastian), The great fall of RUS (Seperation of OSSO and Divina), Boys that act like girls and seek attention, So the list keeps carrying on.. Even though between all the bad apples it has brought us good apples such as Modz, Brian, Logan and couple of others.
If you'd ask me I blame 50% of everything on AU players as the admins take the other part.
Here's the reason why people wasn't able to create decent Clans, Because decent people and their ability to actually be a Leader was wasted under people from AU who boasted on about how they were going to be the greatest Leader that PoC has ever seen and giving hope to the decent players BUT when those players join all they get is get exposed, cheap roasts from people, Battles they can't win, Shame, Disorganised leadership, betrayal and have their name spat on and dragged around like a ragdoll untill they decide to give up and leave when everything they once had is now gone because of a stupid decision they've made.
Yes, We've lost everything to the point where us (Traders) now sell a stack of enchanted apples for 10 dollars through paypal because the admins decided to take away the only good thing we had in this game; and It was hardwork, Hardwork that we could be proud of and actually achieve something such as making mines or building great bases, planting a farm, It was what we had after the great dream of a less toxic community and decent Clans.
The admins have destroyed the system of this game with their ideas of stupidity, While the AU players came along and boasted on about things and gave decent players false hope about everything only to tire them so much they leave the game, Everything has been wasted.

I mean at this point, Ore Regen is so integrated into PoC society and trade, prehaps if Ore Regen was removed shortly after it was introduced in a bug fix then prehaps we wouldn't have gotten so used to it, however as it stayed in PoC from late 017-early 2019, everyone dedicated a major part of their effort to the Ore Regen.
Stone/Non-ore underground blocks can stop regenerating all it wants, but Ore Regen is vital for PoC' Community at this point.
Also supposedly crops can't grow far out there either.

No ore respawns near me except emeralds lol
