The sound of the piks smashing stone echoed through the chamber

"Mine. Mine faster." Shouted clan leader Instulius "The members up top are counting on us."

Once the chamber was 32 by 32 they started filling it with TNT.

"Sleserlp, Zerow, go tell Shadow the charges are laid I'm gonna light this thing in 5 minutes the rest of you finish placing the TNT!"

After all the TNT had been placed everyone ran to the corridors that led to the stone citadel a massive underground city surrounded by 5 layers of solid obsian. 2 minutes till time to light the charge.

"ZEROW SLESERLP HURRY UP!" Luis called up the stairs.

He had a feeling in his gut they wouldn't come down

"No brick left behind." he muttered as he charged up the stairs.

Up top was chaos even though he could barely see because of the sudden light, but he saw enough pools of lava everywhere people being butchered by the dozens craters everywhere.

"The tower." Luis thought "That's where shadow would be in a crisis like this."

Blocking his eyes he charged to it sclicing through waves of GHE when he got there an arm pulled him into a nearby building 

"Are you crazy." Whispered zerow. "You can't just go berserk through the largest army in the world."

"Where's sleser?" Luis asked.

"GHE got him their gonna use him as bait to lure you in.... Since ya know your the strongest and richest fighter in this world and you would never abandon your first soldier."

Suddenly a large BOOM shook the base. Quickly Luis surrounded them in obsidian.

"What's this for?" Zerow asked.

"Someone just detonated TNT in the wrong place."

And then a massive blast shook the base destroying everything not encased in obsidian including the lower section of the tower.
