The developers have updated in last version, after the destruction of the book block the book falls out - but since the texture of the book will be added in the next update, this item is now falling out. So thanks again, we are waiting our developers for the next update.
Looks like POCadmin forget to delete this item from someone's inventory :)
Try to trade it - I think there are collectors who take this item :)

you need to give Pocadimin time to deal with the hundreds of things you've already asked, lol.
Also you're supposed to get some Glowstone dust from breaking Glowstone blocks, you're not supposed to get the whole block as a drop.
