both points are true. But noobs are still killing other noobs anyways, even if it's more balanced than some player with diamond things coming along and wiping out people near spawnzones. But noobs should also realize that their best bet of improving is leaving far from the central spawnzones, and try surviving where they don't have to deal with other players until they get more experienced with how the game works.

would could help explain to them how the game works and help bring them out to at least the 1,000 coordinates or so, prehaps some noobs will actually be able to learn and survive that way, but of course you can't save everyone. Also try to avoid handouts if possible, and if anything bad happens try not to get too involved, and let nature take it's course, unless they're attacking you, in that case defend yourself.
BlueTangs Rock3, Also it's best to treat a noob with a cautious, neutral response if you do decide to help them. Not all noobs are friendly, and not all hostile noobs use instant brute force, but rather would try to trick you into thinking they're friendly but then attack you when you least expect it.
