From personal experience, I totally recommend not using BlueStacks. BlueStacks can only function properly when your device is beyond perfect and possibly a new model, (Alienware,Monster,Lenovo2019), Even if you manage to make BlueStacks work on your PC that doesn't mean you aren't going to suffer more problems throughout the gameplay such as, (Camera switching to Third Person, Overheating, Lag)
If you are looking for a proper Emulator, I think the best one to download into your PC is either MeMU or Nox.

Don't even bother with Bluestacks, it's laggy and you can't turn around too fast or it clicks random stuff like 3rd person view.
The Lich, if anything i wouldn't even bother fighting on poc if you don't have your own mac
