You know how Solverlabs are, they take almost a year to release updates, so they'll likely release them at some point, especially since the blocks are apparently already in the game's developmental versions.
According to this post on PoC's official Instagram post, Enchantment tables blocks are already in the game code, though as it's in developmental versions the actual enchantment table mechanics might not be finished yet, so we'd still need to give them time.

They are, either it's their alternative company name to allow them to put duplicates of the same game on the Play store, or they're partnering companies.
