Solverlabs confirmed Witches,which in MineCraft Witches use splash potions of weakness,poison,and instant damage potions to attack the player with(and PoC's mobs are very similar to MineCraft's equivalents,so MineCraft's a pretty reliable source so far to see what items and mobs are going to do in PoC),so that will most likely introduce splash potions as well,because it wouldn't make sense if only witches had access to them.
