To be something's "wannabe" is that the thing needs to be either a game character/a TV character/Mythical creature and such things that existed, or still exists and is somebody else. But in the other hand, National Socialism is an ideology that is still alive, an Ideology is what people can choose any time anywhere. So, "Nazi wannabe" is not correct, National Socialism goes on as another political Ideology such as ones mostly know in America, Libertarianism,Socialism and Conservatism.
