PoC Master, I have tried restarting my game and device. I also can't get into my private chest
So, you traveled to that Spawn Zone by using teleports, then you tried to open private chest and got this issue, right? What other specific actions or conditions do we need to take into attention?

PoC Master, Idk what started it I just logged on yesterday and that is what I saw. I can't craft teleport to other people, and sometimes I get the creative inventory but I can't place anything.
Ender, yes unfortunately I couldn't place anything or I would be out carrying things you couldn't get in survival like private chests, emerald blocks, violet and rose bushes, nether block etc.

it could be somewhat possible to get rose bushes,peonies,lillacs,and Sunflowers in survival mode,you just have to go to a brand new world chunk that's never been loaded before(probably impossible to tell apart the new from the old though)
Talos, I think I know how to remove it. Go inside the game and log in to Survival Multiplayer then turn off wifi and wait for the connecting screen then turn it back on and then join Survial Multiplayer
Talos, i saw a youtube video where someone said if you go to creative mode. Then close app i think. Then go back to main screen. Then click teleport to a friend in survival. Its supposed to give you creative screen in survival mode. But the video said you would lose access to your private chest and have to uninstall . :/ im hope this helps. I hope there is a way to fix it for you!

I deleted my game and everything is fixed. I lost 4 stacks of diamond blocks but everything is fine : )

Are you talking about Nether brick? Would sand?

so it actually works? It's not just a inventory texture glitch?

Clear game cache it fixes most bugs
it does? Solverlabs only mentions view distance as a possible solution to any game problem. :P
BlueTangs Rock3, yeah right after you do it it's a bit laggy but after 15 minutes it works great I learned the trick when my clash of clans broke
