There could be some small yetis which spawn in arctic biomes and tundras. Yetis sometimes spawn in groups and they have 15 hearts. There could also be a Boss Yeti which would be the Super Yeti. The Super Yeti has a shockwave and can jump high and crush the player suffocating it untill he jumps off. The Super Yeti can also summon and ice shield which can block arrows and potions from the player. Yetis just the small yetis just swing there arms to attack the player.
Bees - To support BlueTangs suggestion about ants and insects to Poc I think there should be bees. P.S heres something to help when making bees in Poc.

Bees can have the same health as ants and live in hives, Sometimes the Queen Bee appears out of the hive rarely with an escort of 10 bees. The Queen Bee has 4 hearts. You can tame Hives and move them to your base by using flowers and hitting the hives hook with your hand to collect the hive. Bees will make honey which can be collected by using a jar and when you collect it you get a Jar of Honey which can be used to make honey cookies, honey foods, and as a sugar. Bees also make Wax which can be collected by using your hands. It can be used to make candles and lanterns.
Oil - Could be a liquid that can be mined in the overworld and can be used to make lanterns and lamps(Maybe) Oil could be used for operating machinery(Not minecarts though) Just an idea
Tin Ore - Is a cyan ore that when mined drops Tin Ore which can be smelted into Tin Ingots it can be used to craft Tin Foil and also craft Tin Blocks and it can be used to make Tin Armor. It can also be used for electrics
Copper Ore - Is a brown sort of ore and when mined drops Copper Ore. When it is mined it can be used to make Copper Tools. It can also be used as decoration as a block and can be used for making Copper Wires
Rubies: Can be mined to drop Ruby Ingot and can be used to make Ruby Armor, Ruby Tools, Compact Block, and just that. They are a little bit stronger than Diamond Armor
